We are registered nurses who have undergone specialist training in otology.
We share a full time equivalent role.
Our area covers Muriwai to the South, North to Potaka and inland to Motu.
We visit Early Childcare Centers, Te Kohanga Reo, Primary and Intermediate Schools; see referrals from the B4 School and Youth programmes and hold Community Clinics each Thursday for any urgent referrals at the Bright Street Clinic.

We provide the following:

• Assessment, diagnosis and follow up
• Treatment services for children with chronic ear disease.
• Suctioning of discharging ears and wax removal under microscope.
• Referral to and from other services such as GP’s, Otorhinolaryngology, Audiology, Speech therapist, Special education services and other health providers.
